Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition funnels, and compliance regulations.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Patient Lead Generation: Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth).
  • Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
  • Ad Creative Development: Work closely with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
  • Remarketing & Retargeting: Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification: Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Healthcare CRM Experience: Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Marketing Automation: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Multilocation Campaigns: Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns (clinics, hospitals, doctors).
