Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate

Overview

This position focuses on managing accounts payable and cash flow for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

  • Manage the entire accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment.
  • Ensure timely payments by working closely with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR & AP.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks & Ceipal Workforce, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Experience in accounts payable (US Staffing domain preferred) is mandatory.

  • Candidates must have expertise in financial software, such as QuickBooks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
