Payroll Solutions Designers

Job Overview
  • Design and implement effective payroll solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the technical feasibility of payroll solutions against business requirements.
  • Technical Design Documents: Develop detailed technical design documents against functional designs or business requirements.
  • Code Development and Migration: Develop code packages and migrate to different environments.
  • HSDL-based Spreadsheet Loaders: Create HSDL-based spreadsheet loaders.
  • Analysis Reports: Use OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity.
Technical Skills Knowledge
  • Payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup.
  • Payroll flows, checklists, and payroll processing.
  • Understanding of payroll tables and payroll payrun results.
  • Writing fast formulas for calculations, validations, and element configurations.
  • Experience with HCM data loader, HDL, HCM spreadsheet data loader, and HSDL.

This role requires strong technical skills and ability to work with various systems. It's a challenging position that involves designing and implementing payroll solutions for clients.
