Job Title: Senior Product Manager for Payroll Solutions

We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to drive the evolution of our next-generation payroll solutions, leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology.

This role is ideal for an experienced product professional who can craft detailed user stories and specifications that drive development, prioritize the product backlog using data-driven insights and strategic thinking, and collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to deliver iterative value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research and discovery to define and validate product requirements, with a focus on AI integration.
  • Craft detailed user stories and specifications that drive development.
  • Prioritize the product backlog using data-driven insights and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to deliver iterative value.
About You:

We are looking for a strong technical foundation and a passion for leveraging AI to solve complex problems. If you have experience working with Agile methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in product management or related roles, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
