Data Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop efficient, reusable, and scalable code in Python for data handling, APIs, and automation.
  • Work with SQL databases for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and optimize solutions using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, and EC2 for secure, reliable, and compliant data management.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and application developers to enable advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor data workflows and cloud resources.
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and best practices for effective knowledge sharing and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or Data Analytics – Associate/Professional).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, Glue, Redshift, IAM).
  • Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in data handling, APIs, and automation.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL with proficiency in queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with ability to analyze complex data issues.
