Job Title: Construction Contracts Manager

We are looking for a skilled Contract Professional to maintain accurate project documentation and manage claims related matters.

  • Maintain Project Records from inception to completion of the project chronologically for all claim-related matters.
  • Be familiar with the employer's requirements based on the contract conditions, schedule, and intent.
  • IDentify Project Changes in scope, schedule, and cost, and ensure timely issue of notifications to the employer.
  • Track submitted claims individually, prepare contractual justification, and gather supporting documents.
  • PREPARE CLAIM DOCUMENTS
  • Prepare a detailed claim statement for submission to the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAAB).
  • CLAIM PRESENTATION to the advocate and dispute resolution.
  • Update claim status to the Regional Office/Home Office.
  • Coordinate with the project team, gather required details, and provide necessary inputs.
  • EOT APPLICATION, substantiate with records and references, and assist the project team in presenting to the employer.
  • Ensure all claims raised by the project team are substantiated with contract entitlements.
  • SUBMIT DETAILS TO DAAB COMMITTEE and advocate for arbitration.
  • Able to work under pressure.
