Primary Responsibilities:
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as any directives related to work location, team, and work shifts.
  • Develop and maintain software applications using event-driven, micro-services architecture, with a focus on mobile-first web/UI development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban teams, contributing to story/work breakdowns and estimation.
  • Design and implement secure software applications using design patterns and secure programming techniques.
  • Work with MS SQL databases and SQL Stored Procedures to develop and maintain data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain engineering diagrams, including sequence, software, system, and architectural diagrams.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of IT experience, with a focus on software development.
  • Experience with event-driven, micro-services software development, mobile-first web/UI development, and RESTful Web API Development.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# programming languages.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps (TFS), and similar source code management tools.
  • 2+ years of Test-Driven development and Unit Testing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with MS SQL databases and SQL Stored Procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience creating engineering diagrams, including sequence, software, system, and architectural diagrams.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban teams.
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure services development, including Azure Security and Identity Management Services.
  • 2+ years of experience with software development using design patterns.
  • 2+ years of experience with responsive, mobile-friendly web application and UI Development.
  • 2+ years of experience with HTML, TypeScript/Javascript, and either Angular or ReactJS.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of secure programming techniques and OWASP Top 10.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with business stakeholders and engineers.
