Job Role: Senior Fashion Stylist
About the JobWe are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Fashion Stylist to lead our creative teams in producing high-quality imaging assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, visual composition, and aesthetic presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all functions within the studio(s), meeting operational goals, including overseeing operational and creative teams.
- Ensure quality imaging asset creation according to defined style guides while meeting operational metrics.
- Manage teams to deliver against business and operational objectives.
- Implement plans (staffing, space planning etc.) to meet business needs.
- Oversee studio-wide safety and loss prevention programs.
- Drive improvement and innovation for imaging using customer feedback, metrics, and data.
- Maintain industry and competitive trends awareness.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, systems, and processes, partnering with relevant teams.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, training, development, and performance management to Operational and Creative Leaders.
- Troubleshoot various on-set challenges.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising or a related field.
- Understanding of market trends, visual composition, and aesthetic presentation.
- Knowledge of commercial studio workflow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
