Job Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary Product Strategy – Growth expert to spearhead and scale customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.

This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on product execution, leveraging data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product-focused initiatives and experiments to drive customer growth
  • Design and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement
  • Analyze data and optimize performance using metrics and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas
  • Present insights and dashboards to stakeholders with clear business impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred
  • 4–6 years total experience
  • At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
  • Strong analytical skills, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
