We are seeking an accomplished professional for the role of Senior Asset Manager, Real Estate.
- This position is located in Pune and will oversee all aspects of facilities operations across India.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indian regulatory environment and FM compliance standards. They should also have excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The candidate should have at least 10+ years of management experience, preferably in facilities and/or property management.
Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainability programs, and modern workplace design is desired.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee facilities operations across India to ensure efficient, safe, sustainable, and employee-centric workspaces.
- Lead a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally to align facilities strategy with business objectives.
- Support corporate growth and operational excellence by ensuring facilities strategy aligns with business goals.
