Degree in architecture, engineering, real estate or business administration is preferred. 18+ years of total work experience with at least 10+ years in management preferred. Experience in facilities and/or property management is preferred Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory environment and FM compliance standards Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainability programs, and modern workplace design Excellent leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills Lead and develop a high-performing FM team and partner with PT, IT, Corporate Services and business leaders Drive a culture of service excellence and employee well-being within the workplace experience framework
