Patent Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled attorney to represent clients in complex patent disputes, leveraging technical expertise and proven litigation experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong legal knowledge in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates on case status and strategy.
  • Stay updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and practice groups within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar in good standing, with a strong understanding of patent law and procedures.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation, with a focus on high-stakes cases.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution, with a strong understanding of intellectual property law.
