Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to drive influencer-led initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty, skincare, & grooming categories.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers/content creators who specialize in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness.
  • Plan & run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand & creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain a structured database with performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
