Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our wealth management division. This role requires strategic leadership, distributor management, client advisory and relationship management, portfolio and investment management, market research and product insights, as well as team development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and expansion of our wealth management division, ensuring high-quality investment solutions and client-centric financial planning. They will work closely with our channel partners to bring global investing products to their clients via their relationship managers and advisors.

  • Develop and implement a wealth management strategy that aligns with our company's global investment vision.
  • Manage distributors and relationships with large financial services companies in India to help them offer global investing products to their clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, providing knowledge and logistics for global diversification of their wealth and investments.
  • Oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes, and help clients make and manage investments in identified products.
  • Work with Product Research teams to stay ahead of global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of wealth advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
