We are looking for a talented visual storyteller to join our team as an On-Site UI Designer & Visual Communication Specialist.

As a visual communicator, you will transform complex ideas into stunning, intuitive interfaces that communicate brand stories effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital communications that not only look beautiful but function flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design pixel-perfect user interfaces that communicate brand messages effectively
  • Create visual communication systems including icons, illustrations, and interactive elements
  • Develop responsive web interfaces and micro-interactions using Framer
  • Transform brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences across platforms
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and development teams to design marketing materials, landing pages, and campaign visuals that convert

Requirements:

  • UI Design mastery in Figma with strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
  • Framer expertise for building interactive prototypes and production-ready web components
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects for motion graphics)
  • Visual communication skills - ability to convey messages through design
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for creative ideation
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for seamless Framer development
  • Understanding of branding, design systems, and visual hierarchy
