Senior Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to lead our visual storytelling efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and more
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to craft compelling ideas that align with brand strategy
- Guide and mentor junior designers and visualizers to deliver exceptional work
- Maintain design consistency while working on multiple projects across industries
- Manage timelines, delegate work, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets
- 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design
