About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our team at SocialPilot. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission.

Job Description

The primary function of this position is to work closely with prospects and customers to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and help them derive maximum value from our social media management platform.

You will be responsible for engaging with prospects to identify their requirements, conducting live demos, and collaborating with existing customers to enhance their product awareness and utilization.

This is a full-time remote position based out of India, and you will be working closely with our product and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with prospects to understand their social media management needs
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and help prospects determine fitment
  • Collaborate with existing customers to increase product awareness and utilization
  • Provide valuable feedback to our product and technology teams to inform future enhancements
  • Handle customer onboarding and retention efforts
  • Create custom plans for agencies and drive enterprise deals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in product/customer success/sales (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and its nuances is a plus
