Integration Specialist

**Role Overview:**

As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with diverse external systems. Your expertise in API-led connectivity and various integration patterns will be crucial in delivering tightly integrated solutions.

  • Design and develop integration architectures that enable seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom logic in Salesforce using APEX and Lightning Web Components as needed to support integration workflows.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for all integration solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve issues in integration flows to ensure high system reliability and optimal performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in MuleSoft development, including expertise in API-led connectivity and various integration patterns. Proficiency in DataWeave, MuleSoft Connectors, and RAML is also essential. Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, particularly in the context of system integration, is highly desirable.
