Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of our AI and workflow engineering solutions. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a FastAPI backend powering multi-agent workflows, designing workflow orchestration pipelines with Temporal or similar, and implementing memory and context systems for knowledge retrieval and adaptive workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a scalable FastAPI backend to power multi-agent workflows">
  • Develop workflow orchestration pipelines with Temporal or similar to plan multi-step actions and handle fallbacks">
  • Implement memory and context systems for knowledge retrieval and adaptive workflows">
  • Manage authentication, user integrations, and secure credential handling">
  • Build robust error handling for both internal reasoning and external API/tool failures">
  • Own deployment, monitoring, and scaling of backend infrastructure">

Requirements:

  • Strong backend experience with Python/FastAPI">
  • Proven ability to design workflow orchestration and agent systems">
  • Experience with context management, prompt engineering, and AI-engineering (about 1-2 years of experience with AI and agents)">
  • Knowledge of Postgres and vector databases">
  • Ability to build systems for multi-step planning, minimal hallucination, and graceful error recovery">
  • Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and dynamic workflow generation (functional programming approaches)">
