You'll drive positive change by overseeing business travel and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Proactively identify potential risks or issues related to global mobility, including tax, employment law, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day international mobile work travel applications, guaranteeing seamless execution.
  • Engage in the visa application process for business visas while monitoring requests.
  • This entails accurately tracking payroll and non-payroll assignment & relocation components for timely delivery to payroll and reporting teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Deliver accurate monthly & Year-end compensation reporting & payroll instructions on time.
  • Support Assignment management tool functionality and ensure it remains efficient and up-to-date.
  • Create and review assignment documentation.
  • You will work closely with case managers to continuously assess operational processes and suggest improvements.

Your success depends on:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in global mobility (immigration and/or assignment management/service).
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams across locations.
  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint – Excel expertise preferred.
  • Able to adapt existing processes/systems and contribute constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
