Business Development Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and helping expand our footprint in the global mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable relocation and visa solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to showcase the benefits of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized offerings for clients.
  • Track and manage all business development activities using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adjust strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Knowledge of the global mobility or immigration industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software.
