Job Title: Digital Fault Tolerance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Digital Fault Tolerance Expert to join our team.

  • Design and implement Digital Fault Tolerance strategies for complex ASICs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality manufacturing test patterns using Advanced Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) and Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance scripts for automation and efficiency, streamlining the manufacturing process.
  • Work closely with Product/Test engineering teams on delivery of manufacturing test patterns for Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Support post-silicon debug efforts, issue resolution, and diagnostic tool generation to ensure seamless product deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with a strong foundation in digital circuits and systems.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in ASIC/DFT - simulation and Silicon validation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Detailed knowledge of DFT concepts, pattern simulation, Silicon debug, and yield enhancement, with expertise in industry-leading tools and technologies.
