Enterprise Risk Management Leadership

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a robust risk management framework across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an Enterprise Risk Management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across the organization.
  • Design and implement internal control systems to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain Risk Registers (RCSA) to track and monitor risk exposures.
  • Assist Principal Risk Owners in identifying key risks and developing action plans to address gaps in mitigating measures.
  • Prepare reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • A strong understanding of risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks.
  • The ability to design and evaluate the effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
  • A knowledge of risk and governance standards such as COSO framework and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
