Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies aligned with our goals and objectives. This includes creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design lead with client briefs.

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.
  • Client-side content management experience is crucial, including editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
  • Manage social media campaigns end-to-end, staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Use project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

You'll need to be adaptable, switching between different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.

Research skills are also essential, as you'll be diving deep into new topics, verifying facts, and finding interesting angles for your threads.
