We are seeking a seasoned Flutter Developer to spearhead the creation of high-quality, scalable applications across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web), with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include:

● Designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter.

● Implementing state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications.

● Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.

● Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

● Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance across platforms.

● Ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.

● Staying up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills: ● 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.

● Proven experience in Flutter Web development.

● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.

● Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.

● Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.

● Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Good-to-Have: ● Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.

● Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).

● Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.

● Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux)
