Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading various lab equipment, ensuring system reliability and uptime by updating hardware, plant models, and software versions. You will also perform necessary modifications, repairs, and integrations of testing RIGs, collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to find and implement solutions for lab equipment maintenance and upgrades, manage procurement and inventory for new hardware and equipment, and ensure system reliability, safety, and performance by conducting thorough validation tests.

Additionally, you will work closely with software and hardware teams to refine test methodologies, support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new RIGS, and proficiently use ATI Vision, CANoe, and CAN Analyzer for vehicle communication testing and debugging. You will also work with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet, support fault injection and real-time system debugging to enhance test coverage, and define a Way of Working for Emob. lab upgrades, maintenance, and utilization.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in RIGS development and validation in the automotive industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL rigs, hardware/software integration.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN,Ethernet) and proficiency in CANoe, CANalyzer, or similar tools.
  • Experience in automated testing frameworks, scripting languages (Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink), and test automation methodologies.
  • Understanding of EV architecture.
