**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining technology solutions that power our education programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and develop scalable backend services for both mobile and web platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
  • Build and optimize web applications using React js and Redux Toolkit
  • Create responsive, modern, and user-friendly UI/UX for both mobile and web
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node js and Express js
  • Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and data modeling
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications
  • Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability through best practices
  • Use Git for version control, branching, and collaborative workflows
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Proficiency in React Native - hands-on experience building and publishing apps
  • Strong knowledge of React js, Redux Toolkit, and UI design principles
  • Ability to design and create responsive, mobile-first UIs
  • Familiarity with Android technologies, Android Studio, Gradle, APK building, and debugging
  • Experience with Node js and Express js for backend development
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, data modeling, aggregation, and indexing
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, JWT OAuth, and state management
  • Proficient in Git, GitHub workflows, branching, pull requests, and code reviews
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
