Job Description & Summary:

This role involves preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns for partnerships, including form 1065. You will interact and coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of services. Additionally, you will oversee tax processes, develop internal team members, and manage functional efforts.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns for partnerships, including form 1065.
  2. Conducting independent tax research.
  3. Interacting and coordinating with the team to ensure timely delivery of services.
  4. Overseeing tax processes, developing internal team members, and managing functional efforts.
  5. Demonstrating ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, manage others, and meet deadlines.
  6. Exhibiting exceptional client relationship management and client service skills.
  7. Building working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in partnership taxation.
  • Qualification: CA, CA Inter, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM,B.com, BBA
  • Knowledge of broad range of US income tax laws.
  • Developing and training new and experienced staff.
  • Exercising initiative and sound judgment.
  • Responsive to clients.
  • Strong writing, Excel modeling, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, Microsoft Office applications, and expert in tax research software (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint, Intelliconnect).
