**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our operations management group, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction metrics and meeting critical service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in telecom process management. Strong analytical and logical skills, excellent team leading and mentoring abilities, as well as flexibility to work in shifts, are essential for this position.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and lead a group of team leads and associates.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • At least 5 years of experience in telecom process management.
  • A proven track record of success in a similar role.
