Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute pre-sales strategies aligned with business objectives, working closely with senior leaders.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the Presales Centre of Excellence by incorporating best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive insights to inform solution strategy and positioning.

Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering expertise on best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Provide critical client feedback to these teams, helping refine product and content roadmaps.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing, farming, and retention strategies.

Marketing Initiatives

  • Partner with Customer Success to understand client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating value delivered.
  • For strategic accounts, articulate ROI delivered by Beroe's solutions through representative scenarios.
  • Lead creation of industry-specific solution pitches to bring contextualization to value propositions.
