The Role:

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, assist in transactional processes, and support reporting and compliance activities. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while learning how data informs decision-making across the organization.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to build practical skills in finance, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation for a career in financial management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and check day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data.
  • Help maintain financial trackers and spreadsheets.
  • Work with teams to provide simple reports and updates.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Support month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation.
  • Provide data for tax filings and audits when needed.
  • Create simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal use.
  • Contribute to small process improvement tasks and ad-hoc finance projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in – Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero.
