Expert Supply Chain Management Consultants are sought after to lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. These seasoned professionals will be responsible for transforming business processes through expert guidance on Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, and Costing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules is key.
  • Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, and Costing are critical areas of focus.
  • Collaboration with Oracle support teams for issue resolution is essential.
  • Mapping client business processes to Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities is a top priority.
  • Identifying gaps and proposing solutions using Oracle best practices is vital.
  • Configuring SCM modules based on business requirements is a significant responsibility.
  • Developing custom reports, interfaces, and extensions in collaboration with technical teams is crucial.
  • Conducting unit testing, system integration testing, and supporting UAT is a key task.
  • Documenting configurations, test cases, and user guides is essential.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, participating in workshops, demos, and training sessions is vital.
  • Managing client communications and expectations is a top priority.
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams is crucial.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP consulting experience, with at least 4 end-to-end implementations.
  • 5+ years overall experience in ERP or SCM domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience in at least two Fusion SCM modules.
  • Understanding of integration between SCM and other ERP modules.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Domain/industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics is a plus.
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM modules are advantageous.
