Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Officer to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for handling client escalations, managing the end-to-end accounting process for clients, training staff, and completing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Escalation Management: You will be responsible for handling client escalations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Accounting Process Management: You will oversee the entire accounting process for clients, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger processing, and other financial transactions.
  • Staff Training and Development: You will provide training and guidance to junior staff members on accounting procedures, best practices, and software systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, along with a strong interest in accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles: You should have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, including analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Financial Domain Knowledge: You should have a solid grasp of the finance domain, including general ledger processing, accounts payable/receivable, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other relevant financial concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: You should be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with excellent organizational skills.
Bonus Requirements:
  • US Accounting Experience from the QSR Industry: While not mandatory, experience in US accounting from the QSR industry would be a significant advantage.
