The Founder's Office is where ideas turn into action.

As a founder office intern, you'll work directly with the founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations.

This is not a routine internship—it's an entrepreneurial apprenticeship where you'll get to experience the challenges and thrill of building a consumer brand.

You'll switch hats often—researcher, operator, problem-solver, storyteller—depending on what the day demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the founder in strategy, marketing, growth, operations, partnerships, and fundraising.
  • Research markets, competitors, and consumer trends to guide our direction.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor material.
  • Coordinate with teams to track progress and drive execution.
  • Spot bottlenecks early and propose smart solutions.

Requirements:

  • Based in Delhi NCR and ready to work in person.
  • Current student or recent graduate eager to learn by doing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication—clear, sharp, and confident.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in uncertainty.
  • Passionate about wellness, startups, and consumer brands.
