Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in supporting ongoing projects related to data accuracy, consumer advocacy, and analytics.

  • Identify trends and patterns in consumer credit and Ops processing data to inform business decisions.
  • Design new analytical workflows, processes, and optimize existing ones to automate report generation and enable self-service analytics.
  • Effectively summarize, present actionable insights, and recommendations to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Critical thinking with the ability to identify and relate business problems to data quality issues.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics roles.
  • Expertise in SQL and one of the databases like SQL server, MySQL, or Aurora.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and familiarity with one of the analytical tools like Alteryx, Python, SAS, R, or equivalent tool.
