Business Insights Specialist Role

The Business Insights Specialist is a strategic analyst responsible for extracting insights from complex data sources and providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business decisions through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement reporting solutions that meet their needs
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in large datasets, communicating findings to department heads and other stakeholders effectively
- Validate analytical results, create visualizations, and present findings to senior leadership with clarity and conviction
- Implement analytical models into production, collaborating with engineering teams and application support teams in an agile/devops model
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization by sharing knowledge and best practices across locations and business functions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven expertise in interpreting business needs and drawing these needs from analysis or raw information and data
- Experience in project management methodologies in an agile environment
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, DataStudio, Looker
- High proficiency in using query languages like SQL, Big Query
- Familiarity with Big Data tools like BigQuery, Databricks, Azure Synapse
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical mindset
- 3+ years of working experience in a similar position in a fast-paced and complex business setting.
