As a seasoned Fullstack Lead, you will elevate your career with LearningMate by leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. With 8+ years of total experience, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing microservices-based solutions using .NET Core.

You will build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core

  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Qualification and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed
