Engineering Leader-Crypto Assets Addition

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
- 8+ years of backend systems expertise.
- Crypto knowledge preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to develop solutions for ambiguous problems and balance short-term vs long-term tradeoffs.
- Continuous learning and self-drive in a rapidly changing space.
- Possessing passion for growing people and helping them achieve their goals.
- Think beyond individual teams and be a great teammate to stakeholders and other teams working together.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
