Lead Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Architectural Designer to lead the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:Campus Planning & Design:
  • Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
Regulatory Compliance & Approvals:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal authorities.
Sustainability & Green Initiatives:
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure.
  • Promote green campus practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in educational/large-scale institutional projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with our vision of being a world-class educational institution.
