Strategic Enterprise Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to target enterprise clients, leveraging content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), email campaigns, and events.
2. Collaborate closely with sales teams to create tailored collateral, presentations, and case studies for different stages of the sales cycle.
3. Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing efforts and drive business growth.
4. Create thought leadership content, such as whitepapers and webinars, to establish Skylark Drones as a leader in the industry.
5. Lead the development of account-based marketing strategies to target specific enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
6. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to inform future marketing initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to refine positioning and messaging and drive business success.
8. Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills Required:
1. Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, including ABM and content marketing.
2. Ability to work effectively with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
3. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, such as Hubspot.
4. Excellent communication and content creation skills to develop high-quality marketing materials.
5. Strong project management skills to oversee campaigns from inception to execution.
6. Strong design sense and content creation ability to drive marketing success.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in enterprise marketing, particularly in industries like SaaS, technology, or industrial services.
2. Understanding of the sales cycle for enterprise-level deals and ability to develop targeted marketing strategies.
3. Familiarity with tools used for lead nurturing, marketing analytics, and event management.
4. Experience working with early/growth stage startups and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
5. Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through effective marketing strategies.
