Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and architecting comprehensive technical solutions that align with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal technology competency teams to design and architect comprehensive technical solutions.
  • Good understanding of Managed Services offering for Run and Transform, including new operating model, AI-led Automation, new emerging GCCs model, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting competitive analysis and developing innovative pricing strategies.
  • Lead pre-sales engagements, including presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in proactive proposal creation.
  • Contribute to pre-sales collateral and presentations.
