Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and accurate invoicing to clients using financial software such as QuickBooks.
  • Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking into QuickBooks or other accounting systems.
  • Support the reconciliation of bank statements with company financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Process payments, receipts, and journal entries under the guidance of senior bookkeepers.
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with monthly financial reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to client deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with familiarity using QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles, such as debits, credits, accounts payable/receivable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
