Job Opportunity: Application Lead

The primary role of the Application Lead is to architect, construct, and configure applications as the principal point of contact.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently
  • Responsible for making key team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have skills in Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Good to have skills in Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices
  • Experience in managing cloud-based applications and services

Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • 15 years full-time education required
