Technical Support Role Overview

This is a full-time position that involves working from home with flexible office hours in the US. As a technical support engineer, you will work closely with the client success team to provide tier-2 client support for software technical issues.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.
  • Communicating and coordinating feedback and inputs to the development team based in India.
  • Assisting the QA lead with quality assurance activities.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems with minimal support from the development team.
  • Engaging with internal and external customers to quickly identify their concerns.
  • Proposing temporary solutions to customers when fixes will take time to be released.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Following up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing procedural documentation as support.
  • Managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Evaluating and testing new releases.
  • Proposing innovative ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for smooth operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, experience with tech support for web-based business applications, and proficiency in Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
