
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Management Coordinator to support the effective day-to-day management of our office facilities across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, providing exceptional administrative support, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with facility teams and regional administrators to ensure consistency in services such as security, housekeeping, office maintenance, and upkeep.
- Manage relationships with lessors and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the smooth operation of company offices.
- Maintain trackers of commitments and oversee office-related projects, including potential office relocations.
- Establish robust maintenance schedules and furnish MIS reports to the Admin Lead.
Qualifications:
- Over 3-4 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., EHS).
- Strong multi-tasking ability, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MSPS.
