Backend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to design and implement robust backend services in Python.

This is a full-time role that involves working extensively on API development, stitching, and integration with third-party services.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Backend Services: Design and develop robust backend services in Python.
  • API Development and Integration: Work extensively on API development, stitching, and integration with third-party services.
  • Database Management: Build database models and optimize queries in PostgreSQL.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with frontend teams and DevOps for seamless delivery.
  • Testing: Write unit and integration tests for developed features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Backend Development Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience using Python.
  • API Architecture Understanding: Strong understanding of API architecture and RESTful services.
  • PostgreSQL Expertise: Experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced query writing and optimization.
  • API Stitching and Workflow Handling: Knowledge of API stitching and handling complex workflows.
  • Collaborative Development: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Desirable Skills:

  • Flask or Django Experience: Familiarity with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
  • Async Programming: Experience with async programming in Python.
  • Message Queue Experience: Exposure to message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
