Senior Data Engineer

About this Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering: Design, build, and optimize data pipelines on GCP.
  • Data Warehousing: Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Technology Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on the latest GCP tools and technologies to recommend and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of data pipeline design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouse architecture and development.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
