Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Expert

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical power systems, including design, erection, commissioning, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detailed knowledge of low voltage power systems and other facilities.
  • Conversant with reading and developing single-line diagrams.
  • Working knowledge of electrical power system equipment like transformers, switchgears, motors, cables, overhead lines, and earthing systems.
  • Well conversant with testing procedures of electrical equipment and hands-on experience.
  • Lt and HT motor functionality, knowledge of all components, and hands-on experience on assembly and bearings.
  • Designing and maintaining overall plant lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with plant air conditioning, weigh bridges/weigh scales functioning, and component-level maintenance.
  • Ability to design fiber optic cable networking, servers, IT switches, and maintenance of CCTV and public address systems.
  • Handling, managing, and leading a working team of not less than 8-10 technicians.
  • Maintenance planning and execution during shutdown/breakdown, spares planning.
  • Manpower deployment and work distribution as per site requirements.
Requirements:
  • B.E Electrical/Electronic with 5-8 years or Diploma (Electrical) with 8-10 years of experience in low voltage power system design, erection, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of safety standards (Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work, LOTO, Conveyor Safety).
  • Problem-solving & decision-making skills, execution excellence, teamwork & team-building, ownership & drive for results, creativity & innovation, and good communication skills.
