**Role Summary**
We are seeking a talented Senior Real Estate Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Gurgaon. This role requires a proven track record in real estate sales, with a strong educational background and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Property Presentations: Showcase the unique selling points and benefits of our real estate offerings to clients.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation in any relevant field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of proven success in real estate sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Gurgaon real estate market is highly desirable.
