**Role Summary**

Main Responsibilities:

  • Property Presentations: Showcase the unique selling points and benefits of our real estate offerings to clients.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation in any relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of proven success in real estate sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Gurgaon real estate market is highly desirable.
