Responsibilities

  1. Innovate and push the boundaries of what's possible in technology.
  2. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to solve complex problems.

  4. Design and architect complex, scalable, and distributed systems.
  5. Lead large, complex projects from conception to deployment.

  9. Design and architect complex, scalable, and distributed systems using microservices architecture.
  10. Extensive experience with Pega Platform, including Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Case Management.
  11. Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA), or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) are highly desirable.
  12. Proficiency in developing backend services using Java Spring framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  13. In-depth experience with front-end frameworks, specifically React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g. Redux), and component lifecycle.
  14. Advanced knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  15. Proficiency in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  16. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  17. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
  18. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  19. Typically, 12+ years of professional Software development experience, including significant experience with Pega, Java, and React.
  20. A Full-stack expert having expertise in building web applications revolving around technology stacks like Pega, Java, JavaScript, React JS, Node JS, Springboot, Spring, Kafka, Redis, etc. Also, in-depth knowledge on Application design, Testing capabilities, Design & building Microservices.
  21. Extensive hands-on experience building distributed applications and managing the development of complex, large-scale enterprise applications and products that require a deep understanding of application logic and dependencies.
  22. Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
